Diário de Bordo - LTTA Estónia (virtual)

Atendendo aos constrangimentos levantados pela pandemia da Covid-19, a equipa internacional Melissa decidiu realizar a Learning Teaching and Training Activities (LTTA) prevista para a Estónia, em modo online, entre os dias 10 e 12 de novembro de 2021, na plataforma Zoom
Em virtude dos diferentes fusos horários dos países envolvidos, A Estónia e a Grécia começavam às 11h00, a Itália às 10h00, a Escócia às 9h00 e os Açores às 8h00.

No  primeiro dia, as atividades desenvolvidas foram as seguintes:

  • Opening Speeches 15 min (3 min each country);

  • Introducing the schedule for day (5 min);

  • Presentations of schools with videos/slide shows (8 min each - 40 min);

  • Exercise break activity (30 min);

  • Students introduce themselves on Padlet posters (8-10 sent); columns for 10 mixed groups, 1 student per country (name tags). Completed beforehand + acquainted before. 2- 3 Break-out rooms: teachers make an introduction and initiate the communication (5 min for each meeting) - 1 question per child about each other’s schools - that attracted their attention (20 min);

  • Mentimeter + break  (15 min);

  • Lecture (video) on eco-bee-friendly gardens (10-15 min);

  • Presentation of Estonia, Võru video (10 min);

  • Video: Estonia, Kahoot on Estonia, Võru (10 min or more);

  • Summary of the day (5 min).

No  segundo dia, as atividades desenvolvidas foram as seguintes:

  • Introducing the schedule for day (5 min);

  • Presentations of bee-friendly garden designs of the 5 countries (8 min each - 40m);

  • Groups shuffling - 2 countries together -  Ice breaking activities - Wordwall wheel (15 min);

  • Exercise break (30 min);

  • Film Meemeistrite linn (20 min); 

  • Kahoot (10 min);

  • Exercise Break (15 min);

  • Art workshop - materials planned beforehand, instructions (hand-outs) in mother tongue. 5 groups (countries). Each country chooses-prepares its own workshop (bees, plants, gardens etc.) (60 min);

  • Summary of the day (5 min).

No  último dia, as atividades desenvolvidas foram as seguintes:

  • Introducing the schedule for day (5 min);

  • Videos from schools’ apiaries and art work of the 5 countries (up to 8 minx5=40 min);

  • Exercise break (15 min);

  • Bee bots show (video). A student introduces bee bots (10 min); 

  • Answer garden - impressions of online meeting (10 min);

  • Interactive worksheet "Did you know that….? bees" (10 min);

  • Feedback questionnaires for students and teachers (digital) Google Forms (10 min);

  • Certificates (handing out; candy) (10 min);

  • Farewell speeches (5 min).
